This policy outlines the billing terms for all social

media management packages offered by Get Social Marketing

Agency. All clients are expected to review and acknowledge

this policy prior to beginning services.


1.  Payment Due Prior to Work

Payment is due in full before work begins on each month's content. Get Social Marketing Agency will not begin designing, writing, or scheduling content for any given month until payment has been received and confirmed.

 

Your content calendar and design work for each month will not begin until payment is received. This ensures our team can dedicate full attention to your account without interruption.

 

2.  Auto-Pay Requirement

To ensure consistent, uninterrupted service, all clients are required to enroll in automatic payment at the time of signing. Auto-pay guarantees that your billing cycle is never missed and your content is never put on hold due to a payment delay.

Clients will be notified prior to each automatic charge. Your payment method on file will be charged on your recurring billing date each month.

 

Auto-pay is required for all social media management packages. This keeps your content flowing without any gaps or delays.

 

If a payment fails or is declined, services will be paused until the balance is resolved. Clients will be given 5 business days to update their payment method before content is placed on hold.

 

3.  3-Month Minimum Commitment

All social media management packages require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. This initial period allows our team the time needed to understand your brand, develop a content strategy, build momentum, and begin producing measurable results.

Social media growth takes consistency. Three months is the minimum runway to see your brand presence take shape and your audience begin to grow.

 

No cancellations will be accepted during the first 3 months of service. This minimum term applies to all packages and all clients.

 

Clients who attempt to cancel before the 3-month minimum is met will remain responsible for all remaining monthly fees within the initial term.

 

4.  Month-to-Month After Initial Term

Once your 3-month minimum term is complete, your account will automatically continue on a flexible month-to-month basis. There is no long-term contract required after your initial term ends — you are free to continue for as long as your business needs.

 

After 3 months, you are month-to-month. Stay as long as it works for you — no pressure, no long-term lock-in.

 

 5. Cancellation Policy

After the 3-month initial term, clients may cancel their package at any time by providing written notice to Get Social Marketing Agency at least ten (10) days before their next billing cycle date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our website. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

 

To cancel: notify us in writing at least 10 days before your next billing date. Requests received after the 10-day window will result in one final month being charged before services end.

 

Upon cancellation, all completed content created during your active service period remains yours. Access to shared files and templates will be provided upon request within 7 business days of your final billing date.


 

6.  Refund Policy

All payments made to Get Social Marketing Agency are non-refundable. Because our team begins work on your content immediately upon payment confirmation, refunds cannot be issued for work that is in progress or already completed.
